Tradewinds Aluzone 2.7m x 3.5m Rectangle Parasol

Dear Tony

Thankyou for your enquiry just now. Attached are the full dimensions on the parasol and an image of the pulley system with the hub on the wooden parasols but the Aluzone is the same principle. Here is a link to the Tradewinds Aluzone Parasol – Rectangle

The dimensions on the 60kg stone granite base is 600 x 600mm x 80mm. As I said, in terms of wind resistance you are best off with a fixed base to avoid the parasol blowing over. In your exposed position, you will need to “wind manage” any parasol you have. Common sense rules apply: close the parasols when you are not around or when the wind is gutting too much. Please note that no parasol manufacturer will warranty against wind damage as this is seen as the responsibility of the user since wind behaves so differently in different locations.

The Tradewinds Aluzone Parasols are good quality, strong parasols – single pole, no tilt or rotation in order to maximise strength.

We currently have stock so delivery would be a few days from confirmed order and payment.

Best wishes

Paraflex Parasol Spares and Paraflex Arm Spares

Q Hello I have the paraflex umbrella but am missing the connectors, i have the bracket for the wall just not the connector to the first arm or second arm. Could you give me a price please for these parts.Tthank you

A Hi Hayley.Thankyou for your email. We can theoretically get spares but the UK agents for Paraflex have been slow in supplying them.! Attached is a diagram – please could you confirm which pieces you need so we can get a quote together. I do have to say that it is likely to be some time before we are able to supply.

If you could let me know which length of arm you have, I can let you have a price on a replacement whole arm – all depends if you need the arm urgently! A whole arm will be far quicker to supply.

Best wishes

Claire
